  • 查國內 106 年 11 月、 107 年 7 月及 109 年 9 月及 110 年 7 月間分別發生計 5 起幼兒及國小學童誤吞食「巴克球益智磁鐵組」(下稱巴克球)致傷害之案例，因巴克球對兒童屬高風險商品，就該商品管理及規定，說明如下：
    • 「巴克球」為整套、整組、多顆(即二個以上)或搭配相關組合配件之磁鐵組，可供兒童任意排列組合玩耍使用，屬「磁性玩具」範圍之一。
    • 自 108 年 10 月 1 日起將「巴克球」列為應施檢驗玩具商品，進口及國內生產之玩具商品皆須經檢驗符合規定，貼附商品檢驗標識後始能於國內市場陳列銷售，未符合前述規定者，將依商品檢驗法論處。
  • 鑑於前揭事故案例頻傳，為降低兒童在使用含有磁性、小物件(配件)玩具之風險性，請利用宣導資料（如附件）加強對幼兒及學童的教育宣導，以保護兒童安全。
