為落實「清廉效率、公開透明」之施政理念，實現民眾對廉能政府的期待，爰規劃旨揭廉政宣導活動，期使同仁瞭解公務員廉政倫理規範之適用及登錄程序，共創廉潔辦公環境。
(一)遇有具職務利害關係者所為之餽贈、飲宴邀約或關切事件等，除有「公務員廉政倫理規範」第4點或第7點第1項各款情形外，應予拒絕或退還，並簽報長官及知會政風機構。另請於主動填寫「臺南市政府教育局暨所屬各級機關、學校受贈財物、飲宴應酬、關切事件及其他廉政倫理事件登錄表」後，向本局所屬機關學校協辦政風人員登錄報備。
