說明：
一、因應防疫之需採遠距教學，學生近距離用眼時間增加，為維護視力健康，請各校加強宣導「規律用眼 3010 原則」，近距離用眼每 30 分鐘應休息 10 分鐘，在線上課程結束後應確實離開電腦桌前，讓眼睛適度休息。
二、本局前於官網設置「健康促進學習資源」專區 ( https://reurl.cc/noVdpv ），提供居家學習健康叮嚀，強調在家” EYE ”休息健康動起來，適度用眼，居家不忘運動，請務必宣導親師生妥善運用，落實健康生活行為，以健康的生活型態面對防疫挑戰。
