一、依據臺南市各級學校健康體適能與飲食教育行動計畫辦理。
二、為推動餐前 5 分鐘計畫，規劃系列課程並公布於臺南市學校午餐教育資訊網(https://lunch.tn.edu.tw/)，學校可搭配每月主題設計菜單，或配合午餐食材於用餐前播映相關影片， 112 學年度上學期每月主題如下：
(一)9 月：水果類(瓜果類)。
(二)10 月：油脂與堅果種子類(動物油)。
(三)11 月：豆魚肉蛋類(頭足海鮮)。
(四)12 月：全榖雜糧類(豆類及果實)。
三、 112 年 11 月餐前 5 分鐘相關影片教材內容已上傳至臺南市學校午餐教育資訊網/餐前 5 分鐘/每月教材(https://lunch.tn.edu.tw/custom_issue/180)。主題海報及專欄文章亦上傳至該網站，請各校多加利用，以利餐前 5 分鐘飲食營養教育推動：
