說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署臺教國署體字第 1140105082 號函辦理。
二、菸害防制法於 112 年 3 月 22 日修正施行，依第 15 條規定，全面禁止電子煙等類菸品，並嚴格管制符合菸品定義之新型態菸草產品（包含加熱菸）。所有菸草產品皆有害，不論是使用紙菸或加熱菸，都會產生相似的有毒化學物質，且未滿 20 歲之青少年禁止使用任何形式之菸品。
三、為維護青少年健康並遠離菸品危害，國健署已針對青少年喜愛社群媒體經營 novape 之 IG 頻道（網址： https://www.intagram.com/novape.event/），持續上架相關貼文及短影音，並辦理小額抽獎活動 2 場（訂於 114 年 10 月 16 日至 114 年 11 月 16 日），請學校向學生廣為宣傳。
