  1. 111 年 2 月 10 日修正施行之公教人員保險法第 35 條，業刪除「夫妻同為本保險被保險人者，在不同時間分別辦理同一子女之育嬰留職停薪並選擇繼續加保時，得分別請領」之限制，從而配偶雙方符合本條所定請領育嬰留職停薪津貼要件者，得自 111 年 2 月 10 日起，同時請領同一子女之育嬰留職停薪津貼。
