一、「公教人員保險生育給付差額補助要點」，業經行政院人事行政總處於 114 年 12 月 31 日以總處給字第 11440024671 號令訂定發布，並自 115 年 1 月 1 日生效。
二、本要點之補助對象，為具中華民國國籍或與在中華民國境內設有戶籍之國民結婚之公教人員保險被保險人，其於中華民國一百十五年一月一日以後分娩或早產，並依公教人員保險法第三十六條規定請領生育給付者 。

三、前點補助對象請領之生育給付金額未達新臺幣十萬元時，發給本差額補助；補助金額以新臺幣十萬元與生育給付之差額計算，並與生育給付合併發給為原則。 四、補助對象分娩或早產為雙生以上者，本差額補助按比例增給。 五、檢附「公教人員保險生育給付差額補助要點」如附檔。 |
