親愛的老師與家長您好：
孩子身邊其實會有許多壓力事件，像是疫情、意外事件或是衝突。
而不只是遭遇事件的當事人會感到壓力與創傷，長期暴露在這些壓力訊息或是報導下的孩子也會同樣的感受到不安。
還好這樣的壓力感並不會一直持續下去，但在孩子不安時，很需要您的協助與支持。
因此專輔特別製作了『他人患難，我心難安--了解與如何支持替代性創傷』的安心文宣。
