親愛的家長：
您好！很高興本年度一、四年級的健康檢查由營新醫院為貴子弟進行檢查，懇請配合以下事項，以便檢查順利進行，謝謝您！
1.檢查時間:12 月 27 日星期三 早上 8:00-8:45
2.檢查地點:小新國小健康中心
3.檢查當天請學童務必到校檢查勿缺席。
4.檢查前請作好個人衛生(潔牙)，以方便醫生檢查。
5.學童檢查當日請著體育服(或上下身可分開的服裝)，避免穿連身裙、吊帶褲、繫皮帶等穿脫費時的服裝。
6.體檢時男女生會檢查胸腹部會將衣服掀開進行檢查，檢查男生時另需脫褲，因要檢查隱睪症及疝氣，
現場均有護理人員協助，並提供隱蔽的空間，來保障隱私權。
